We build pallet racking, conveyors, mezzanines, shelving, and other steel structures inside warehouses. Looking for motivated and responsible Foreman with a minimum of 2 yrs. of construction experience. Knowledge of warehouse material handling equipment installation preferred (Conveyor, pallet rack, mezzanines, etc.) We are looking for someone who can drive employees to meet quota on a daily basis. A foreman should be able to run the job efficiently and manage his employees efficiently at the same time. Crew size varies but is usually 4-5men.
Must be able to read blueprints and a tape measure. Must be able to manage a crew of 6 or more men. Installing structures typically used in warehouses and large retailers to store and display supplies and products. Warehouse Equipment Installers help build these structures for businesses in the specifications that are best suited to the size of the storage area and the type of product. As a Warehouse Equipment Installer, your job duties are to help receive the materials, then set up and install the equipment, to include modular offices, mezzanines, fencing and guard rails as well as creating all of the shelving units that make up pallet rack systems.

-Must be ADA Compliance knowledgeable
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more on a daily basis
-Must be able to finish flat floors, stamp concrete, broom finish, curb, and gutter, ADA Compliance knowledge is a must
-Must have Driver’s License and own transportation

Concrete Foremen supervise the work of concrete laborers responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete. They prepare work schedules for concrete laborers, estimate the amount of labor and materials required for concrete construction projects, and consult blueprints and drawings to ensure accuracy.

MILLWRIGHT MECHANIC

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reads and applies the master schedule to planned daily activities
- Assembles/installs products using mechanical and electrical blueprints/schematics, operator instruction worksheets, and/or verbal order
- Observes conveyor operation to detect workplace for defects; performs quality checks
- Participates in training of co-workers/ crews in all aspects of job responsibilities

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- PLC programming preferred
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office software, such as XP Pro, Vista, Windows 10, Excel, Microsoft Office Project, Word
- Demonstrates proficiency in reading ladder diagrams, including being able to trace through drawings, wiring numbers, and cross-referencing
- Knowledge of automated control systems
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and circuit drawings and use them for troubleshooting/solving problems
- Industrial electrical, control, and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical controls and circuits using a voltmeter and a methodical logical approach, as well
- Ability to perform live voltage test of electrical control circuits using a voltmeter
- Ability to find shorts (dead short, stuck contacts, indications, and causes)
- Demonstrates proficiency in basic mathematics (fractions, decimals, conversions, etc.)
- Ability to use hand electric/pneumatic tools
- Previous installation and travel experience preferred
- Possesses valid driver’s license
- This position could require travel throughout the United States,

Conveyor Installation Foreman

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conveyor Installation Foreman will lead the team on installing, adjusting, repairing, and maintaining the various parts of a conveyor system. This position will also include installation, dismantling, or moving machinery and heavy equipment according to plans. Performs prewiring of motors, photo eyes, sensors, measuring wheels, and terminates wiring at the control panel. Performs electrical start-up and troubleshooting as required.
Fulfilling the responsibilities and duties of a Conveyor Installation Foreman requires physical fitness, above-average communication skills, above-average mechanical skills, and the ability to work overtime and weekends as required. The right candidate will have proven ability to lead crews both independently and within a team environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to motivate with positive reinforcement, the ability to troubleshoot installation issues, the ability to delegate, and pre-plan work schedules. Must have the ability to train and develop crew members. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with onsite customers, be detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Conveyor systems are usually purpose-built and customized for a location’s unique needs, so this job also requires creativity and the ability to adjust systems based on job circumstances.
