NEW HIRE BONUS DOCUMENT - CONSTRUCTION
NEW HIRE BONUS: New Hires starting after 11/30/2020 will receive a 1 time advance in pay of $200.
The employee will qualify for this after they have worked 1 full week.
If employee quits prior to working with Single Source for 6 months the advance of $200 Will be deducted from their final paycheck
Once the employee has worked 6 months the advance in pay would then be considered a bonus and the employee is not required to pay it back
